Sandvik lands several major orders for umbilicals
Swedish high integrity materials producer Sandvik tells Kallanish that it has received several high value-added tube orders from the oil and gas sector.
The company’s subsidiary Sandvik Materials Technology has landed a number of orders for advanced tubes for the oil and gas sector with a combined value of around SEK 1 billion ($111 million), the group says. The majority of these are for umbilical tubes.
