Sandvik to close Canadian tube plant in 2019
Sandvik Materials Technology plans to close a metal tubing plant in Arnprior, Ontario by the end of next year, Kallanish reports.
Swedish-headquartered Sandvik says that consolidation of its North American plant operations at its US location in Scranton, Pennsylvania has resulted in the closure of the Ontarion plant.. The Arnprior plant makes steel tubing for the automotive, aerospace and nuclear industries.
