Sanbao Steel commissions slab caster
On 5 June, Sanbao Steel successfully commissioned its new continuous caster for producing steel slabs, Kallanish notes.
The caster can produce slabs in thickness of 150, 160 and 180mm, in widths of 500-900 mm and in lengths of 7-10 metres with a maximum piece weight of 11.2 tonnes.
