San Mateo Black River announces open pipeline season
San Mateo Black River Oil Pipeline Wednesday initiated a binding open season for a 17-mile, 10-inch crude oil pipeline. This will run from points of origin in Eddy County, New Mexico, to an interconnect with Plains Pipeline also in Eddy County.
Assuming a standard wall, the pipeline represents about 1,820 short tons of steel line pipe.
