Samarco, Vale, BHP propose compensation for Fundão accident

Samarco, Vale and BHP have submitted a non-binding, indicative settlement proposal of BRL 127 billion ($24.8 million) to the Brazilian authorities as compensation for the impact caused by the rupture of the Fundão dam.
