Samarco UK trial claimants’ lawyers secure record funding
Pogust Goodhead law firm has secured $552.5 million in the form of a secured loan from investment company Gramercy Funds Management. The funding, which is the largest of its kind worldwide, is set to cover expenses for the class action lawsuit filed in England over the Samarco dam disaster against BHP Group, Kallanish notes.
