Salzgitter, cold-roller Mendritzki jointly develop steel grades
Salzgitter and German cold-roller company Mendritzki have signed a partnering agreement in the field of low CO2 steel products and downstream product processing.
Mendritzki has signed up for securing a defined tonnage of low-carbon steel produced by Salzgitter as from the end of 2025, as part of the SALCOS (Salzgitter Low CO2-Steelmaking) scheme.
