Ascoval sale to Altifort faces cancellation
French Group Altifort is stepping back from its proposed takeover of the Ascoval steel mill in Saint-Saulve, northern France, Kallanish notes.
Altifort has told French media that it has not managed to secure the necessary funding to complete the purchase.
