Sail appoints new chairman from senior staff
Prakash Kumar Singh has been appointed the new chairman of Steel Authority of India (Sail), thus becoming the Indian steelmaker’s fourth chairman this year. Singh was previously chief executive of Sail’s Durgapur Steel Plant since 2012, as well as ceo of the IISCO Steel Plant since July 2015.
