Russia’s ferrous imports follow export rise
Russian ferrous imports increased in January, according to the country’s federal customs data monitored by Kallanish.
Imports of ferrous products under HS code heading 72 were 434,200 tonnes, up by 0.7% on-year. However, in December imports had rebounded to 548,000t, compared with 374,000t in November.
