Russia's carmakers start to resume production after holidays
More and more Russian automotive enterprises are ramping back up this week after a summer corporate leave, Kallanish notes.
UAZ, AZ Moskvich and Avtozavod St. Petersburg all have resumed production. Earlier, Russia’s main truck-maker Kamaz, Ural automobile plant and the Haval plant came out of corporate leave.
Corporate leave is still ongoing at the country’s main car producer, Avtovaz, until 19 August.
