Avtodom completes Mercedes Russia assets acquisition
Russian car dealer Avtodom has closed the deal to acquire the Russian assets of German automaker Mercedes-Benz, including the car plant near Moscow (Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus, MBMR), according to data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Mercedes-Benz Rus and Avtodom did not reply to Kallanish request for comment until deadline.
