Russia’s A-Property creates third largest coal company
Russia will create a new large coal mining company as a result of the merger of A-Property’s coal assets of Elga Coal and Sibanthracite Group, says the press office of A-Property.
The coal assets of the Sibanthracite and Elga companies will be merged into LLC UK Elga-Sibanthracite (ELSI). The new company will enter the top three Russian coal mining companies in terms of coal production and transportation, Kallanish notes.
