Russia's 2020 ferrous exports fall despite flats growth

Russian ferrous products exports decreased in 2020, according to the country’s federal customs data monitored by Kallanish. 12-month exports of ferrous products under HS chapter 72 were almost 40.1 million tonnes, down by -1.7% on-year. Exports of ferrous products under chapter 72 but excluding pig iron, ferroalloys, waste and scrap amounted to 26.5mt, down by just -2.6% on-year.
