Russian steelmakers to appeal EU anti-dumping duties
Russian steelmakers will appeal against the EU anti-dumping duties on imports of cold-rolled coil, representatives from some of the companies targeted tell Kallanish.
The European Union has imposed anti-dumping duties on imports of cold-rolled coil from Russia and China into the EU (see Kallanish 5 August). Major steelmakers Severstal and MMK have had duties of 34% and 18.7% applied respectively. Other Russian companies including NLMK will see a tariff of 36.1% …
