Russian steel demand growth seen slowing in 2018

Russian finished steel demand should grow 2.1% on-year in 2018 to 41.5 million tonnes, according to worldsteel. This will, however, represent a deceleration in growth from the 5.1% recorded in 2017 when demand was at 40.6mt.
