Russian semis exports slump, flats surge in April

Russian exports of semi-finished products declined -5% on-year in April to 1.5 million tonnes, according to Russian Customs data monitored by Kallanish. Exports of carbon steel hot rolled, cold rolled and coated flat products, however, rose 27% in April to 806,000t.
