Russian ferrous imports fall over January-March
Russian ferrous products imports decreased over January-March, show the country’s federal Customs data monitored by Kallanish.
Three-month imports of ferrous products under HS code 72 were 1.241 million tonnes. This was down by -18.1% year-on-year.
Imports of ferrous products under HS code 72 but excluding cast iron, ferroalloys, waste and scrap amounted to 1.037mt in the first quarter. This was down by -15.4% on-year.
