Russian ferrous exports decrease in January
Russian ferrous products exports decreased in January, show the country’s federal Customs data monitored by Kallanish.
In the first month of the year the country exported 3.14 million tonnes of ferrous products under HS code 72, down -6.5% on-year.
Exports of ferrous products under HS code 72 excluding cast iron, ferroalloys, waste and scrap amounted to 2.198mt in January. This is -7.3% lower than in January 2019.
