Russia to launch green production of railway wheels
Russia’s governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov and the president of the Novotrans Group of Companies Konstantin Goncharov signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2021 an agreement for the construction of a railway wheels plant on the territory of the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone.
