Russia raises scrap duty to €100/tonne
Russia is to increase the minimum fiscal value of the existing 5% ferrous scrap export duty from the current €70/tonne ($79.19/t) to €100/t from 1 January for six months, as signed by prime minister Mikhail Mishustin on 27 November, Kallanish learns from the authority.
