Imports now dominate Russian stainless steel consumption
From January to September the share of foreign products within the total volume of Russian stainless steel consumption increased again. This grew to 71.3% compared to 67.0% for the same period in 2015, Kallanish learns from Russian special steel association Spetsstal.
