Russia increases first-quarter stainless scrap exports
Russia increased exports of stainless steel scrap in the first quarter, according to the country's Special Steel association (USSA).
Exports amounted to 32,420 tonnes, up by 31.2% on-year, Kallanish notes. In March alone these exports increased to 13,580t, up by 25.9% on-year and up 22% compared with February.
