Russian stimulus programme funds new social infrastructure
The Russian government will invest RUB 28 billion ($370 million) into the construction of social infrastructure, according to deputy prime minister Marat Khusnullin.
"The funds will be directed to the construction of schools, hospitals, kindergartens and other significant social and engineering infrastructure," says the press service of the deputy prime minister.
