Russia eyes increasing construction steel use, easing oversupply
The Russian Ministry of Construction has prepared an action plan to expand the share of metal use in the construction industry to ease oversupply, says the press office of the ministry.
It provides for three blocks of measures. These are operational, which will have an effect as early as 2022; medium-term, with results in 2023-2024; and long-term, with a planning period for 2025-2026.
