Russia considers exempting steelmakers from equipment import duties
Russian government entities are collaborating to exempt steelmakers from paying import duties for equipment and components used in investment projects planned for implementation from 2023 to 2030.
Working together on these measures are the Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Natural Resources, Federal Customs Service, and Federal Antimonopoly Service.
