Ruifeng Stainless adds HDG line
Eastern China’s Shandong Ruifeng Stainless has ordered a new 350,000 tonne/year annealing and galvanising line from SMS Group, the engineering firm says. The line will produce both zinc and aluminium-zinc coated strips, Kallanish notes.
The line is expected to be commissioned in the second half of 2019 and will handle strip up to 1,350mm wide and 0.3-2mm thick. It will have two zinc pots to enable it to switch between zinc and aluminium-zinc coating easily…
