Rongxin Steel celebrates upgrade project’s commissioning

China’s Hebei Rongxin Steel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinda Steel Group, has recently celebrated the commissioning of its capacity replacement and upgrade project at its existing plant, Kallanish notes.
