Riyadh billet buyers register higher prices amid transport
Buyers in Riyadh are observing the highest local billet offers in the Saudi market. Most merchant producers are located in the east, in Dammam, and have to add transport costs of SAR 40-45/tonne over ex-factory tags for Riyadh delivered deals, Kallanish notes.
