Rigang Group looks to expand steel capacity
Two steelmakers in Shandong Province's Binzhou city have signed capacity transfer contracts with Rizhao Steel Holding Group (Rigang). The quotas will help Rizhao to steadily increase output of thin-cast hot rolled strip, Kallanish notes.
