REMZ enters bankruptcy proceedings again

Southern Russian steelmaker Rostov electro-metallurgical works (REMZ) is undergoing a bankruptcy procedure after being declared bankrupt earlier this month. The region's commercial court was satisfied with scrap procurement company Lomprom Shakhty's request to start bankruptcy proceedings.
