Hebei Huaxi to commission relocated capacity in 2020
The relocation project for Hebei Huaxi Special Steel has been under environmental assessment, and more details have now been released, Kallanish notes.
Huaxi Steel and Bazhou Xinli Iron & Steel will combine their capacity at a new site in Tangshan Seaport Economic Development Zone. From the replacement capacity plan, Huaxi Steel has quotas for 1.96 million tonnes/year of iron and 1.8m t/y of steel.
