Reduced India-origin intake slashes Polish coated flats imports
Polish coated flat product imports fell -5% on-year in June to 192,592 tonnes, according to data from Poland’s Central Statistical Office (GUS) monitored by Kallanish.
The most-imported product was hot-dip galvanized coil whose intake dropped -2% to 99,127t. The main supplier by far was Germany with 42,001t, up 6%. This was followed by Italy and Belgium with 10,604t and 8,222t respectively, up 1% and up 63%. India, however, supplied zero versus over 8…
