Red Hawk raises funds for Blacksmith PFS
Australian miner Red Hawk Mining is raising up to AUD 6.3 million ($4.03m) to fund a pre-feasibility study for the lacksmith iron ore project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that the firm is undertaking an equity raising via a non-renounceable entitlement offer on the basis of 1 new share for every 12 shares.
The offer will be undertaken at AUD 0.45 per new share.
