Bahrain, Oman rebar markets slow amid Saudi exclusion
Bahrain's rebar market is slow and retail prices have declined gradually, with a slight weekly reduction. In the retail segment this week, rebar prices have decreased BD 10-12/tonne ($27-32) on-last week's transactions to BD 308-310/t ($819-825) delivered.
Local re-roller Unirol has not yet announced its June-delivery rebar prices, but the company is negotiating over firm bids to conclude deals, Kallanish notes.
