Raw steel output rises in US
Raw steel output from US mills increased during the week ended 20 November, with production at a four-week high, Kallanish learns from the latest American Iron and Steel Institute data.
US mills produced 1.861 million short tons of raw steel products last week, which was an increase of 5,000 st from the previous week and a 15% increase over the same week in 2020.
