Railway blockade further curbs ISD production, exports

The railway blockade in eastern Ukraine has so far disrupted production of 139,200 tonnes of crude steel at Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD)’s Alchevsk steelworks. Production at Alchevsk was suspended in mid-February (see Kallanish 17 February).
