Radius Recycling will report quarterly loss, cut jobs
Radius Recycling expects to post a loss in its fiscal second quarter and has begun to cut some jobs, due in part to difficult ferrous scrap market conditions, Kallanish discovers from a press release previewing preliminary results.
Radius, until recently known as Schnitzer Steel Industries, will report a loss of approximately $35 million in the quarter ended 29 February, the Portland, Oregon-based firm states.
