Quarterly iron ore production, sales decline for Labrador
Production and sales for the Iron Ore Company of Canada (IOC) fell sequentially during the fourth quarter of last year, Kallanish learns from the Labrador Iron Ore Royalty Corporation, which holds a 15.1% equity interest in the IOC.
Saleable iron ore production by the IOC reached 4.31 million tonnes in the fourth quarter of 2022, consisting of 2.29mt of iron ore pellets and 2.02mt of iron ore concentrates.
