Qingdao Zhongcheng to complete RKEF project in 2022
Qingdao Zhongcheng Company – previously Qingdao Hengshun – has postponed the commissioning of its rotary kiln electric arc furnace (RKEF) project until 2022. The company plans to complete the construction of the first production line in October this year and commission in 2022, Kallanish notes.
