Hebei's Qian'an Jiujiang Wire moves to Guangxi province
Hebei province’s Qian'an Jiujiang Wire Rod Company and the government of Wuzhou in Guangxi province have signed an agreement on 16 November to move Qian'an Jiujiang's steel capacity to Wuzhou, Kallanish notes.
