Distributor pleads guilty in rebar price fixing case
A steel distributor in Puerto Rico has admitted his guilt in a rebar price-fixing case, Kallanish hears from US authorities.
Juan Carlos Aponte Tolentino, who was interim president of a steel distribution company, has pleaded guilty to conspiring with competitors to fix rebar prices. The felony case is in US District Court in San Juan.
