Turkish scrap prices rise further in fresh bookings
Turkish imported scrap prices have risen further after reaching $295/tonne cfr Turkey at the beginning of the current week.
A US supplier has sold a cargo that consists of 30,000 tonnes of HMS 1/2 80:20 at $297/tonne, 8,000t shredded at $302/t and 2,000t bonus at $306/t cfr Turkey.
Another deal was concluded from a Baltic supplier comprising HMS 1/2 80:20 at $297/t and bonus at $307/t cfr Turkey.
