Power plant builder acquires plate fabricator
Plate fabricator TRC Acquisition LLC has been purchased by energy plant builder Argan Inc, Kallanish learns from a company release.
TRC, which owns Greenville, North Carolina-based fabricator and construction firm The Roberts Company, will be sold for $500,000 and will come with about $17 million in debt. Rockville, Maryland-based Argan expects to close on the deal by the end of the year.
