Posco, Hyundai secure automotive steel prices hikes
South Korean steelmakers Posco, Hyundai Steel and others have secured a KWR 50,000/tonne ($45/t) hike in automotive sheet prices with Hyundai Motor and Kia Motor Co. The increase was precipitated by the rising cost of iron ore, Kallanish notes.
