Posco delays restart of Gwangyang blast furnace

Major South Korean steelmaker Posco has not yet resumed production at the No.3 blast furnace at its Gwangyang plant after a recent upgrade, Kallanish notes. The No.3 blast furnace upgrade started early this year and was completed at the end of May.
