Port Hedland iron ore shipments rebound in May
Alongside the explosion of steel prices in May, strong demand led to an active recovery in Port Hedland's iron ore shipments during the month, Kallanish notes.
Pilbara Ports Authority data shows Port Hedland achieved iron ore shipments of 48.05 million tonnes in May, up by 6.5% compared to April and an increase of 0.5% year-on-year.
