Italy's Port of Ravenna sees uptick in steel arrivals in 2014
The tonnage of steel coils landed at the port of Ravenna, Italy, increased by 21% in 2014, Kallanish hears from the local Port Authority. The increase in coil deliveries was likely "… linked to the activities of the [Marcegaglia] plant in Ravenna, which is an important logistics and production operation for the group" a spokesperson for Marcegaglia tells Kallanish.
