Pomina suspends private placement with Nansei
Vietnam's Pomina Steel announced on last Friday that the company's board of directors has decided to suspend its private placement with Japan's Nansei.
The company did not specify the reasons for the decision. However, as Vietnam's steel industry continued to deteriorate over the past year, Pomina's stock trading price has nearly halved from the original private placement price, Kallanish notes. As of 29 January, Pomina was trading at VND 5,330…
