Pollution control disrupts Tangshan billet market
As Tangshan and its surrounding areas issue more pollution control policies, re-rollers in Tangshan are being hit first, both in terms of production and transportation. Although impact on steelmakers is supposed to be mild, supply is expected to decline as margins erode.
